Montessori Leadership Retreat
Lisbon, Portugal | October 4–10, 2025
Why This Retreat?
Step away from the everyday and into a thoughtfully curated experience for school leaders. This is a professional development opportunity designed specifically for Montessori school leaders. Through daily workshops and visits to local Montessori schools, you’ll gain practical tools, fresh insight, and renewed energy to bring back to your own school community.
What makes this experience special is the way it blends meaningful learning with cultural immersion. You’ll engage with global perspectives on Montessori education while also stepping into the vibrant heartbeat of Lisbon—a city with character, charm, and unforgettable stories around every corner. Think of this not as a getaway, but as an investment in your Montessori journey.

Why Lisbon?
Lisbon is one of Europe’s most captivating cities—vibrant, soulful, and steeped in history. In fact, Lisbon is one of the oldest cities in the world, predating even Rome. With its stunning architecture, colorful tiled facades, and hilltop vistas overlooking the Atlantic, Lisbon offers an unforgettable backdrop for both learning and exploration.
